Contact Us for Concerns: If you're not completely satisfied, please reach out within 5 days of receiving your order. We're here to help make things right.

Damaged Items? No Worries:


Report shipping damages within 5 days.
Email us at info@thesenyahcompany.com with photos and descriptions of the damage.
Keep all packaging and wait for our instructions.

 

 

Our Commitment to You:  We'll handle the carrier claim for shipping damages.
Choose between a replacement or a credit on future orders for any damaged goods.

 

Mindful Purchasing:  By buying from us, you acknowledge the need for safe and appropriate product use and storage.
Please inspect your order on arrival and understand that The Senyah Company (TSC) cannot be held responsible for issues due to improper handling.

Your Satisfaction, Our Priority: While we do not accept returns, our dedication to your satisfaction remains unwavering. Reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your order for any concerns – we're always here to support you.

No Returns, But Full Support:  As each product is uniquely handcrafted, we're unable to accept returns. However, we're committed to addressing any dissatisfaction you may have.


In case of damaged items, let us know! We'll work diligently to replace them or offer credit for future purchases.
